Most providers advertise the landline rate and let you discover the mobile one on your first bill. Nearly every 0800 call now comes from a mobile, so that is the number that decides what you actually pay. Here are both of ours.
All prices on this page exclude GST, charged per minute. These are the rates once you are past the minutes included in your plan — and your included minutes cover mobile callers too.
Each plan includes a bundle of inbound minutes. The bigger the bundle, the cheaper the minute.
Your included minutes cover every caller, mobile or landline. That is the part worth checking against anyone else. Most providers bundle landline minutes and bill mobile calls on top at around 17c to 19c a minute — and since almost every 0800 call now comes from a mobile, that is where the bill really comes from. A thousand mobile minutes costs $99 with us. At 17c a minute it would be $170.
Beyond your included minutes, calls are charged at the rates above. If your volumes sit between two plans, ring us and we will work out which is cheaper for you rather than selling you the bigger one.
