We supply and configure Yealink handsets. Your existing phones may work too.

We supply Yealink handsets, configured before they reach you. They arrive with your extensions, your names and your settings already loaded. Plug in the network cable and the phone works.
We do not publish handset prices because what you need depends on how many phones, which models and what is on your account. Tell us what you are after and we will quote it.
Before you buy anything, send us the make and model of what you already have. Standards-compliant IP phones can often be reconfigured onto our service, and older analogue phones work with a small adapter.
Phones locked to another provider sometimes cannot be reused, and very old digital handsets tied to an NEC or Panasonic system cannot. We will tell you honestly which camp yours falls into before you spend money.
Yealink make a lot of models. In practice the choice comes down to who is using it and what they do all day.
Entry-level desk phones for staff who take a few calls a day. Everything essential, nothing to get lost in. Yealink T33G →
Bigger screen, more line keys, better for someone on the phone regularly. This is what most of our customers end up with. Yealink T43U →
Colour screens, more keys, expansion modules for a reception desk watching the whole business. Yealink T54W →
DECT handsets and base stations for warehouses, workshops, packhouses and anywhere staff are not at a desk. Yealink W73P →
Conference phones for a boardroom or a huddle space, so the person on the other end can hear everyone. Yealink CP925 →
For anyone on the phone all day, or working from home. Wired and wireless. Yealink WH62 →
These are the models we most often supply. Links go to Yealink’s own site for full specifications. Other models are available — tell us what you need and we will price it.
Yealink is one of the most widely deployed handset brands on 3CX. Provisioning, firmware and features are well supported rather than fudged.
We have Yealink handsets in the field that have been running for years. For a device that sits on a desk being picked up twenty times a day, that matters more than features.
One brand covers the receptionist, the warehouse, the boardroom and the person working from home, which keeps support simple.
We configure these every week. If something is odd, we have almost certainly seen it before.
Extension, display name, line keys and speed dials set up before the phone is boxed.
Running a current, known-good version rather than whatever shipped from the factory.
Handsets at your site show up in our monitoring centre, so we see it if one stops talking to us.
It depends on the model and how many you need. Tell us roughly what you are after and we will quote. We would rather price it properly than publish a number that turns out not to apply to you.
Often, yes. Send us the make and model. Standards-compliant IP phones usually work, analogue phones work with an adapter, and phones locked to another provider often do not.
No. The apps on a computer or mobile do everything a desk phone does. Plenty of our customers buy no hardware whatsoever. A physical phone suits reception desks and anyone who wants something to pick up.
Ring us. We can see whether the handset is still registered before you go hunting for cables, and units under warranty get replaced.
No. They use your existing network cabling. Most models take power over the network cable, so they do not need a separate plug if your switch supports it.
Yes, and we will still help you set them up. Buying through us means they arrive configured rather than needing to be built from scratch.
How many phones, who is using them, and what you already have. We will tell you what fits and what it costs, and say so if your existing phones will do the job.
