  1. Login to your portal on
  2. Click on Cloud PBX in the top menu
  3. From the numbers listed on the web page click the number you want to work on
  4. You will get a menu like this
  5. Click on Inbound Calls, the menu will expand to look like this
  6. Click on Forwarding & Trunking
  7. You will get a page like this in the middle
  8. Put a tick in the “Always Forward my calls” box
  9. Enter the number to forward to in the box labeled “Forward Calls to”
  10. Scroll to the bottom and click on Save
