How to setup TeamViewer

TeamViewer Guide
(If TeamViewer is not already installed on your computer)

Step 1: Download and Install TeamViewer:

1. Visit https://www.kiwivoip.co.nz
2. Hover over Support at the top right, and click TeamViewer
   
3. Once you click on the link it will take you to our support link and download teamviewer to your computer.
4. Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
5. You will get a popup like this
   
6. Provide us with your ID and Password by emailing it to helpdesk@kiwivoip.co.nz along with the issue you’re experiencing and one of our techs will provide assistance.
7. If you already have TeamViewer installed on your computer, all you need to do is open it and email us the ID and Password.
